Some of my Folios are not appearing in the Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) that i have received from Karvy/CAMS?

This is usually because:

  1. Those folios are linked to a different email address. In this case, please generate a CAS for the other email ID and import it as well.
  2. Those folios are held in demat mode. In this case, we may not be able to import them. Your best option is to ask the current broker to rematerialize them and then import CAS again.

In case you have ruled out the above, then just reach out to the respective Fund Houses where you have these Folios. You can inform them that your Folio is not appearing in the Consolidated Account Statement that includes transactions across all RTS (CAMS + Karvy + FTAMIL + Sundaram BNP).
