I placed a Sell order and I have not received the money in my account on the expected date of credit. Where has my money gone?

If you have used multiple banks to invest in this scheme, then do check in the other bank account(s) as well. Redemption is credited into the default bank account registered in the Fund House for that Folio.

You can check which bank account is mapped for redemptions to a Folio in any of the Statements that you would have received from the Fund House for that Folio.

If that bank account is closed or if any detail is incorrect, then the fund house will release a cheque for the redemption amount and despatch it to the address registered in their records. In this case - do check your mail for any
