The UPI payment method usually works without any issues. But on rare occasions, some problems may crop up. There could be a possible technical error during payment processing because of which the Payment Gateway might not have been able to confirm the funds transfer to the destination bank account (BSEStarMF-ICCL) .
If the funds have been deducted from your bank account then we would request you to send an email to support@kuvera.in with a screenshot of your bank statement reflecting the deduction. We will share this with the exchange/payment gateway for refund/recon. In case of UPI related failures, refund processing can take upto 7-10 business days.
