My mandate has been rejected by the bank, how do I pay for my Mutual Fund SIPs?

If a mandate has been rejected by the bank then do check if you have received any communication in this regard from the bank or if any update is required in their records. 

 

Once clarified with the bank, you can set-up a new mandate on the bank page on kuvera. Once the new mandate is approved, you will receive an email about the same from Kuvera. Post approval, you can use the SIP edit feature on Kuvera to map the new mandate to your SIPs.
