If Payment Gateway/BSE did not receive payment confirmation after deduction of funds then you would be seeing "Pay here" option in pending orders section. If the funds are already deducted from your bank account then you do not need to transfer funds again. We expect the payment status to be updated with a delayed funds confirmation.
