If your folios are not showing in your Combined Account Statement (CAS) it could be because:
Different email ID
Folios are linked to a different email address. Please generate a CAS for this email and import it as well. It will not overwrite your existing imported portfolio.
Demat Folio
Folios are invested from a demat account. In this case, we may not be able to import them. Your best option is to ask the current broker to rematerialize them and then import CAS again.
Email Not Linked
Folios do not have any email linked or incorrect email (spelling error) linked. We request you to get the right email linked with your existing folios with the Mutual Fund company. You can then re-generate and import your CAS.
