Why are my non-Kuvera transactions not updating in my Kuvera account?

External (non-Kuvera) transactions will not get auto updated in Kuvera as Fund Houses confirm the transaction to the source from where the transaction originated.

To update these external transactions, visit the import page and upload the Consolidated Account Statement. You can do this multiple times without issue - our algorithms handle the rest.

We require that any external (non-Kuvera) transactions be updated only through the Consolidated Account Statement so that there are no data conflicts as to completeness and accuracy of transaction information.
