If you've a Joint Account with your family member where you're a primary holder, as well as individual investments where you're sole investor - your CAS would have transaction entries for both of these.

CAS wouldn't mark any investments by Individual or Joint Account investment. Based on the folio numbers, you would know.

We've been building a folio management tool, to import and map your investments to your various family accounts correctly. This would allow you to manage your existing investments correctly, and prevent you from mistakenly placing an order in a wrong folio (for instance, trying to redeem individual investment as joint investors).
