In rare cases, your bank may fail to provide a debit confirmation to the payment gateway or there may be a failure/rejection of the order from Augmont’s end. In such cases, funds received are automatically refunded in 4-7 working days. In the scenario that your Gold order failed and you haven't received the refund even after 7 business days, please mail us at support@kuvera.in so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
