We understand that SBI Bank Account Number length can be both 11 or 17 digits. But due to frequent errors reported by our clients who have used 11 digit SBI Bank account numbers, we have implemented a 17 digit number requirement.
If you are an SBI Bank Account holder and are unable to add bank account number due to this issue, please login to your Bank's net banking and check the complete account number. Usually, you can prefix 6 "0"s to your 11 digit number. So if the account number in your SBI Bank checkbook/passbook is 12345678901, you can enter 00000012345678901. To avoid any error, do check this first by logging into your bank's Net Banking or from a recent SBI Bank statement.
