In such a scenario, the depositor needs to inform BFL of the same in writing, by submitting relevant documents. The depositor can drop a mail to wecare@bajajfinserv.in. After receipt of such documents, BFL will change the status of the deposit as NRI and taxation guidelines will apply accordingly.
