If I miss adding my dependents during enrolment window, will I be given an option to add them mid-year?

The midterm addition of dependents is not allowed, you can add new members at the time of policy renewal. You can add a spouse and up to 2 children in your policy as part of natural additions. Please contact support to add natural additions to your policy.
