EPF balance generally gets updated within a few hours after providing credentials. Do make sure that the credentials provided are accurate and working on EPF passbook website. In case of invalid credentials, you will see option to provide the same again.
You can write to us at support@kuvera.in if the EPF balance does not update within a few hours of entering valid credentials.
