SIP limits are scheme specific and both Maximum SIP amount and Minimum SIP amount are set by the Fund House.
SIP minimum amounts range from Rs 100 to Rs 5,000 usually. Occasionally some schemes have even higher Minimum SIP limit.
Apart from a few schemes that restrict the Maximum SIP amount at a PAN level such as Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund and SBI Small Cap Fund, most schemes do not have a maximum SIP limit.
